Why I left my previous job. Not really difficult for me but they could not understand why I would just give my notice and leave a position I had held for 9 years without a job in hand. FYI, I had topped out and saw that I would advance no higher than where I was in the previous company.

They asked me if I understood the job and if I was prepared for it which I appreciated the candor and transparency.
