My experience was with bulk and especially scRNAseq. So we talked mostly single cell sequencing. We also talked regularisation and bayesian stats. Screening interview was very basic with few intro stats questions. Nothing to worry about. Coding interview was very basic (i was shocked when i was told nobody had finished it on time). The old guy was very nice and respectful. Loved the guy
