It was a group task about the stages of the RIBA process. each candidate had to speak about one stage from 1-7 about a real life project that we had to come up with.
Name some examples of how you deal with difficult situations.
Describe a time you made a mistake, and how it got resolved.
The toughest questions were about situations where conflict arose and how I handled it, especially in a team setting. And I had to be very detailed about the thought process etc.
