What is good customer service to you? Conflict -Name a time you had to handle an irate customer, how did you handle it? Name a time you where put in charge of a group to work towards a common goal? Name a time at work where you had to make an important decision? How did it turn out?
Overtime is required on occassio would this be a problem?
