She began by asking "Why do you want to work for Liberty Mutual?" She further went into "Why do you want to leave your current employer?" Those were the standard questions to decipher whether or not you were just looking to jump on the first job you apply for. There were only two behavioral questions. 1. Give an example where you went above and beyond to help a client? 2. Tell me about a time when you delivered bad news.
When going through the online assessment session, I would say that the reading comprehension and some of the vocabulary questions were a bit difficult. It asked questions such as, "Computer is to Desk, as Printer is to...." and you would need to fill in the blank. There was a section for vocabulary words that through me off just a little bit. I did have to consult a dictionary to look up the definitions of some of the words. The remaining personality assessment portion was not difficult. It was pretty basic questions on work habits that you just need answer honestly.
