One of the questions they asked me was, “Can you describe a time you supported a youth in crisis and how you managed the situation?” They wanted to understand my de-escalation skills, my ability to remain calm under pressure, and how I use trauma-informed approaches in real-life scenarios.

First interview: All pretty basic. The hardest question he asked was what I thought were the main barriers to health care access for low income/underserved populations. He also asked about whether I would be able to get by on the small living allowance.
