Most of the interview questions were incredibly straightforward. They are trying to get a sense of how well you can work under pressure and how well you can communicate effectively with people you will only work with over the phone. The most difficult questions were about how you would track down communities you were working with who were short of resources and effectively encourage them to continue moving forward with a large-scale volunteer project
