1st Stage: Introductory calls with Hr to know why you have applied for the role, questions about current role and salary expectations. 2nd Stage: If successful, you’re going to have an interview with the hiring manager. 3rd Stage: interview with 2 managers in the USA. 4th Stage: phone interview with Hr coz there was some confusion in my CV. 5th Stage: 1hr Interview with the director of the department I applied in and1hr interview with HR. Questions in stages 1 and 2 were pretty much the same. Mostly competency based and behavioural. Tell me about yourself? What does customer service mean to you? Tell me a situation where you have to convince a colleague to accept your opinion. Tell me a situation where you have to manage a angry customer. Tell me a situation where you worked in a team. Tell me a situation where you have to seek help from another department of your company. A situation where you made a customer happy. Knowledge of the role and company. Questions about your CV. Interview with director was a bit technical, questions on probability, behavioural and what skills and experience I can bring in this role. Hr questions were very relaxed. Why this job? Salary discussion? Hobbies, why Moody’s Analytics. 6th Stage: Offer and Background check. They’re very humble and attentive, they give you time to ask questions.
This was a very laid back interview. Nothing to unexpected.
