Client Services And Support Specialist Interview Questions

776 client services and support specialist interview questions shared by candidates

The questions were mainly random about getting to know your personality. It was my first job interview ever so I was really nervous, but at the end I though I had nailed it because every time the interviewer asked me something I would mention how there is motivation in everything. She asked me a questions about my activities at school, hobbies and how they can be transfered into a sales environment. Last question was if my friend came to the office in need of a phone and contract for his mom who's in a hospital, what would I do. Spoke about ethics, morals and personal principles, but at the end I sold 'my friend' a vertu with a 99.99 a month rate because his mom needs it more than life-saving chemo. Then when training begun, the group had to present their own phone to the manager and "sell it" to her.
