How do you handle stress?
Problem Statement: Roo ultimately is a relief platform. Hospitals post a number of shifts on Roo’s marketplace platform in hopes of getting them fulfilled by vets. When a vet confirms a shift but decides to call out, it can put the hospital into a bind and cause understaffing issues. We believe there are opportunities to talk to the vet and convince them to keep the shift. 1) How would you go about addressing the issue? 2) How would you try to convince the technician to keep the shift? 3) What would be your final response to the customer’s support ticket with this callout request?
