They asked specific questions about in how what I did in my previous role applies to the customer success role. They asked how I dealt with a difficult customer too.
What did i tell you in our phone call?? That this si a business meeting! How are you behaving in your business meetings? Where is your agenda? (In a high pitch that took me back to my school years as a 7 year old kid)
