Over the three interviews, most of the questions were strategy-based questions about the leadership of a client management group. These varied from my being elicited for examples of previous scenarios where team planning was required, down to longer two-way conversations about specific tooling and Calgary based proclivities.

Throughout the entire process, they focused exclusively on behavioral questions, they did not asked any other type of questions. At times, it appeared that one interviewer was reading directly from online sources. It gave the impression that the overall professionalism of the process was lacking.
