I was asked to provide the duties of the four nursing jobs that I had held. The most difficult question I had to answer was what would I consider the worst mistake I ever made and how did I correct it? How would I calm down an upset patient so that I could assist them? Then I was asked about my clinical skills and how current they were. When was the last time I inserted an IV? At the end of the interview they told me that I was more suited for a position in Nursing Education. Also, they would be calling those they felt would fit into the open positions for a third interview.
