Second interview was with the hiring manager, she was nice, asked few HR and technical questions over the course of 1 hour. by the end of the interview she said that she like my personality and skill set however she is not sure about my experience level and tried to demote me to a non senior position. second interview was scheduled after over 2 weeks with the same hiring manger in addition to two senior engineers. the interview ran over the 4 hours scheduled time, was mainly technical questions asking to develop a code using a made up internal language, situation questions and finally some general technical knowledge questions.
