What was I looking for in a company?
Interview questions weren't tough, and they weren't trying to play "gotcha." They really wanted to get a sense of who you are and see how you could fit at the company. I had done a bunch of interviews at various companies, and this was the one where I really connected with the team and they were trying to sell the company just as much as I was trying to sell myself.
