Two officials of the organization, the recruiting manager and the HR manager were the interviewers. They were interested in my writing skill which i demonstrated having worked as a print journalist for years and also my accomplishments as a Public Relations practitioner coupled with an MA in PR.

They asked for a review of their brochures (before it could be sent out to their mailing list) — essentially free work.
Stated I will get a performance activity on a date I provide.
