To pass a numerical test on questions I had not come across since my school days.......NOR might I add in my banking experience.
Can't remember questions exactly but were along the lines of: Give me a time where you helped a colleague/Give me a time where you built a positive relationship with a colleague or friend. (Something along those lines) Tell me about a time where you had to work as a team. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a risk in the work environment. Tell me about a time you had to solve a problem for a customer. How do you keep up with technology? Do you know anything about Barclays' technology?
