One of their initial questions was, Tell us more about your background and how you came to apply to Bungalow? They also asked a number of questions starting with 'Describe a time when ..?' For instance, describe a time when you had multiple issues come up at once, and how did you deal with it?

One of their initial questions was, Tell us more about your background and how you came to apply to Bungalow? They also asked a number of questions starting with 'Describe a time when ..?' For instance, describe a time when you had multiple issues come up at once, and how did you deal with it?

Q: If you received an AP invoice in March but the invoice is for February services, how would you record this? (She expected me to know the 3 possible solutions when I only gave her 2 solutions.) Q: For payroll accounting, tell me what are the GL accounts that you would see on the debit side and credit side? Q: Walk me through each balance sheet GL account item from top to bottom. Tell me what is GL account would you see and what do you do with this GL account? None of her questions were directed towards the job description or my background. They were mainly technical accounting skills.
