The test task included partially writing a blog post, reviewing an existing blog post, and analyzing competitors & NordLayer's TOV. While this task shows my professional capabilities, its volume and complexity are too demanding to be considered just a test task – especially an unpaid one.
A lot of the interview was focused on my approach to the assignment and writing in general. It felt more conversational than transactional.
