They asked random questions that had nothing to do with recruiting. Mostly to do with hobbies, educational background, money looking for. Interviewer kept interrupting and changing topics that had nothing to do with a standard Sr recruiter ; metrics, closing candidates, pipelines, sourcing methods, etc.

I was asked if I was "motivated by money?" in my interview and at first I wasn't sure how to respond. I didn't want to say "Of course. Aren't we all?!" But I also didn't want to lie and say I wasn't motivated by money because everyone is.
In your current position, what are you most passionate about?
Why did you leave your last employer?
What are your 3 greatest weaknesses?
Brag about yourself. That was basically it.
