I was asked to address the interviewer as though he was a school principal and request that my high school students gain permission to check-out books from the school library for a research project. The school did not allow students to check out books because they were frequently lost or stolen. The challenge was problem-solving and suggesting solutions on the spot to the problem when the principal consistently refused my request for library privileges.

They ask in the individual interview you have in person what you'd do in a specific scenerio. The senerio i got was about a school district I wanted to start an after school history club in but there was no money. So you have to convince the principal (the interviewer) why you should have the program.
Why do you want to teach?
How do you stay organized?
The questions were not very difficult, however the role play was unexpected.
At some point during the personal interview, they will ask about your responses from the online activity. Access to the activity was limited, so better be prepared to remember/take note of your responses!!
Why TFA?
How would you handle rejection of your proposal to improve student achievement?
Explain a challenge and how you overcame it.
How did you get involved in/were chosen for your given roles?
