Look into the local restaurant market and try to answer the following questions: Find a way to effectively break down the city on strategic areas for food delivery. Rank areas by priority and market size in terms of both – restaurants and client demand for food. Estimate the number of restaurants per area, justify it with public sources. Try to come up with a way to prioritize restaurants to have as launch partners. Define criteria by which you prioritize restaurants for selecting them as our launch partners Collect the data you need for at least 20 restaurants, order them by priority, explain why they are prioritized (what criteria you used for prioritization).
