Leading question about "did I hate pharmaceutical companies?" cause this was a job where I could make them do the right thing.
Describe the most creative social campaign you've worked on.
Do you have any experience managing teams of developers and designers?
The most difficult thing seemed to be holding conversation with this person who seemed to be distracted and not focused at all on me, the job, or on the conversation at hand. I'm not holding my breath for any follow-up. I'm not clear they really want to fill the position since he mentioned relying on contract workers for most of their current needs.
