Initial interview about background experience followed by (3) Practical tests: (1) email-simulation exercise for which you choose the order of priority to reply, (1) exercise in which you give "feedback" to the creative studio, (1) brief-template creation exercise. Second interview - group screening with team leaders and creative studio, they also ask about your background, your best and worst working experience, how you solved a problem, how you manage difficult colleagues.
I was asked to complete an assessment focused on a global project I managed, explaining it from an internal perspective and describing the approach, along with the challenges faced and the solutions implemented.
