They ask mostly behavioral type questions and the second to last interview was a presentation.
Many STARS questions getting at how one thinks about issues creatively, collaborating, working in a team. This department uses DESIGN THINK, so it's worth reading up on that. Get your examples / anecdotes handy for situations you've encountered. Very personal, very intense, but fun.
