They asked me how I approach work and how I interact in a workspace.
I was asked to share some of my work and how I structured my team. It was also important to show that I would be able to conduct meetings with clients and use tools to improve day to day operations.
How do I manage overload?
The most distinctive question I got was about developing creative ideas in a highly matrixed organization where you have many interested partners and stakeholders to consider.
