Why do you want to do banking?
First was with HR over the phone; second was with loan managers; and third was with the hiring managers. All interviewers asked credit analysis questions such as how do you calculate DSCR; what is EBITDA; and what information should be included in a credit analysis report.
They gave a "hypothetical Business problem" which BTW was their real life problem e.g. how would you analytically design the credit line increase strategy
"Tell me about a time when..." was the recurring question. No obscure questions like "Why is the sky blue?" were asked.
Be prepared with typical interview questions, "What can you bring to us?" etc. as well as any information specific to the role.
