3 steps elimination process 1. Language interview. English. It looks like they’re testing your language level but it’s also a little interview. So it matters your english and Spanish level and what you say. Many people were fluent in english and spanish and didn’t pasa this step. 2. Role play. They call you in groups and give a discussion topic. You just have to give your opinion and interact with others. 3. Final Interview. - Ask about your Cv and previous experience - what you know about privilege - Why you chose Privilege - why would you make a difference in the company - How would you react in different situations
