Any experience of handling loyalty program?
it was a group interview. HR leading the process and other 2 people - head of digital and manager. very weird process... HR didnt explain clearly the process and lack of info during the process. We could no ask any questions and never knew what was coming next. I would rather be on a structure process rather than not knowing what is coming next.
