Tell me about a time you overcame an objection.
During the final stage of my two-day interview process, the obviously arrogant and condescending CEO interrogated me for at least twenty minutes on why I didn't graduate with a 4.0 GPA from Harvard University, directly asking me why I thought I could keep up at his company if I couldn't even keep up at the number one university in the world.
The most difficult question was to explain how you intend on being successful at your position based on the fact that I had not worked in direct sales. My answer was that it is in listening to your customer and delivering on their needs which is the philosophy of Versadial as well.

They ask the typical pizzeria question (surprise) followed by a million "tell me about a time when..." questions...most are the same thing, worded differently.

The questions were straightforward. In my opinion they aren't focusing on skill as much as they are personality. Multiple people kept saying they were looking for someone that had a "hunger for success" attitude.
