I know it is some kind of psyc 101, H.R, tell me about your inner child kind of question that can determine if you truly have the character trait / flaw that will allow you to do customer service and be yelled at for 8 hours a day, But really guys, Cant we come up with something new ?

=>The practical challenge/home task was on point (the brief was incomplete, but you could improvise). => The video call had very general question, basically the candidate is asked to talk about his experience. Question examples: How do you imagine a day as a PR at Orange? What are you most proud of career-wise?
