Interview is in STAR format! basically "name a time when..." and then they definitely ask questions about times you've upsold things or what sales experience you have. The company is definitely based on how well you're able to sell people things so be sure to have some examples ready of how you've done that in the past. "name a time when a customer was angry with you and you resolved the problem while still selling to them"
