Technical Round was more of understanding interviewee's background, technical questions related to Service Mgmt, Contract Management, Supplier Management and questions related to job role. Technical/Behavior round with Director was more of scenario based questions. 8-10 scenario based questions.
In the face to face we did a role play. I was given a script and 5 mins to go over it.
