Lots of behavioral questions "tell me about a time when..." Also the Culture Add questions are great... re: belonging, entrepreneurship and purpose. All broad topics, but allow Greenhouse to see if your values align with the company.

None of the questions struck me as particularly difficult but one was a little unexpected. I was asked to discuss a time when I did not want to be part of an organization or a team within an organization.
How would you handle an irate caller
The phone interview was difficult because the person I spoke with was rude on purpose ( iy's their way to see how you would respond to a customer) You would need to be prepared to answer questions about expressing empathy towards others, you will need to have manners....the managers are nice during the interview but they will be looking for anything that will display a possibility that you're not suitable (i.e. clearing your throat without saying excuse me, use of profanity, etc).
If you knew you were on your final strike about to be let go and you were on a call. How would you handle the call?
Why Hp? What can you say about yourself and what previous experience do you have? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How do you handle stress and touch customers? Where did you hear about us?
