That's just it...There was never an interview!!!
Had you do a case study, which included review and scoring of 25 ~3-page support tickets (each of which required notes about the ticket), identifying the lowest performing reps, and developing of 2 full PIP plans from scratch for those reps. There were another 3-4 questions on top of this too.
Lots of Customer Support stuff. EG 'tell me about a situation when...'

They asked what i would tell a customer what they would do if they had interrupted internet service.
Do you have any upcoming vacations planned? Can you commit to the training schedule and hours required?
