The questions were very general and easy to answer. They gave a scenario, what would you do if you had 3 interpreters call in sick, and only 10 were scheduled for all the work that day and 4 new cases came up that were very important and had to be done that day and the air conditioner went out?

Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What is a goal that you accomplished that was hard to do?
I think the most important question on the interview was - they gave you situation with a customer whose flight is canceled, but he must arrive to that specific day in that other country,
Why do you want to work at Conduit Global? What is your typing speed? Are you willing to take a drug test? Are you willing to have a background check? Have you worked in Customer Service before?
