The questions that were asked were as follows: 1: Describe a time you failed to reach a goal. 2: Describe a time when you were challenged to work with someone who had a different working style than you and what did you do to overcome it? 3: Describe a time when you challenged the way a problem was being solved. 4: Describe a time when you championed a new way to do something.
Q: They asked a couple of questions about the bullet points on my resume (no doubt reading it for the 1st time).
The interview mainly focused on technical topics related to data center operations. One area discussed was media optics, which reflects the practical, hands-on nature of the role.
