As a result, I felt undervalued and misunderstood. This disconnect raises questions about the effectiveness of the selection process and the alignment of assessment criteria with the actual requirements of the role. I believe addressing these issues could significantly enhance the candidate experience and ensure a more productive outcome for both parties involved. I was also requested to create a presentation and devoted time to its creation. However, my proposal to present was declined.
