On the questionnaire is a bunch of questions about various SQL and Oracle database programs along with usual application questions about where I see myself in the future and how much I make and want to make. The phone interview is just to get to know you and set up a time for the group interview. The group interview is an In depth questions about your qualifications and knowledge of SQL and databases along with a couple problems written on a wipe board. The Project is to take two weeks to build a application in Oracle Apex that demonstrates your ability to understand and utilize Apex.
