Why do you want to leave the competion and work for us?
How about questions she didn't ask me. In a big box interview, a person would be expected to talk about the retail big box experience that he or she has. She did not ask me about my retail experience, or how I would handle situations or issues that occur on a daily basis in the work place. The only question SHE had? What was the name of each job I had in the past.

I guess the questions were semi normal, but the controller was not focused on me, he was focused everywhere else. Which tells me he wasn't interested in me in the beginning, or the atmosphere which was in the lobby where guest were roaming everywhere was distracting.
