For me, it was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. However, typical stuff incudes: "tell me about a time you had a dissatisfied customer" "tell me about a time your integrity was called into question" "tell me about a time you had to manage competing priorities" "tell me about a time you made a serious mistake and how you sought to correct it/learn from it" are all possible.
Name an experience you've had where you had to handle multiple issues in a quick successive manner. (Paraphrasing this. What they really wanted to know was "can you operate in a fast paced environment?")

How to handle an employee pushback on an attendance problem due to medical condition.
