At visa people are not interested if you have not work experience in Java. Even if you have worked on any other object oriented programming language people consider you are not fit to join Visa. Damn it I don't understand why did you even short list my profile when its clear from my resume I have no experience with J2EE in specific. This is the second similar experience with Visa I had this experience. I interviewed with them for Internship as well. Questions: What is OOP?
