There wasn't much in the way of substantive questions, but as this was a new role I got the impression that they were just as interested with figuring out what they were going to do to deal with issues they were facing as they were in evaluating me based on the questions. It seems they are attempting a paradigm shift and basically want to go from old-school operations to something more modern.
