For Round 1, HR reached out to me over LinkedIn and asked me to apply for the above position well knowing my experience. After Round 2 interview, I was rejected because the team was looking for someone with experience much broader than 'just social media and content creation.' If this was the exact expectation of the team , the HR shouldn't have contacted me over LinkedIn.
