How would you recommend structuring the call center process?
Questions on level of knowledge regarding contracts, CDRLs, and gov required to manage CDRLs. Questions on experience with tools such as SharePoint, CDRL Prime, Word, Excel, etc. as well as some questions on how I would handle certain situations with late deadlines, etc.
At one point they asked me what my favorite animal is.

They mostly wanted to know what I've done in the past (I had a lot of relevant b2c experience), if I have ideas, managerial experience, etc.
