It was just a background screening process that more or less circumvented any questions directly related to the job. Because the recruiter gave little opportunity to share motivation, job skills, experience etc. it was a disappointing process/interview.
all very basic questions - nothing unexpected - they want people that are strong outside sales people - not afraid to cold call
