I have initially gone thru HR interview asking basically my interest in LIlium and where I was , how long I would be available to move, salary expectations etc After that the technical interview was performed and I was able to explain my expertise in details to show I was able to meet the Company expectations. Strangely It was asked some basic questions that I considered not necessary by the level of experience I had.

All questions was related to my past experience so i say that there was no difficulty at all. They were also welcoming as well as hard to get at the same time.
