Describe your leadership / managerial style.
Interesting mix of questions - some ecommerce analytics problems, some website design questions, some behavioral questions. All fairly standard, nothing too unexpected. You definitely need some ecommerce or web analytics experience.
Standard interview questions - there was a focus on being part of an organization that was in a start up environment, where not everything was setup perfectly.
