Questions were around how you would work with a fragmented team spread across the globe and how you would measure team efficiency. There was a lot of emphasis on managers having strong technical knowledge and being ready to be hands-on in what they do.

Behavioral: 1. How would you describe your leadership style. 2. How do you resolve conflicts within a team and site a specific scenario in how you successfully managed the situation.
