trying to sell a grill master a grill.....without a script or formal presentation. Fun but taxing.
None of the questions were "difficult" or unexpected in particular - the process was more about getting to know the GMs, Adam, and finding an equitable best fit within the organization.

Why do you want to work for this company?
Questions? Did they question me? No. Evidently They consider me over qualified for the client rep position based on my experience but then offered it to me after telling me that I would come in a level above that as an "MIT". This whole interviewing process was a joke. I was offered they job after an interview with a guy who had very little experience. I could out sale him any day of the week and I was told that he would be placed over me? Wow... No thanks. Would you like to make $400-$600 per week? If so, then please feel free to apply.
